Rates are inclusive of VAT, water, electricity, gas, bed, bathroom and kitchen lines (with weekly change) and final cleaning; extra beds available on request.

Under special circumstances, subject to agreement with owners, pets are admitted with a € 50,00 supplement for final cleaning to be paid with balance; heating is permitted in the periods 25/09 to 30/10 and 27/02 to 24/04; charge € 3,50/m3;

Method of payment: 30% of total amount to secure booking; balance at least four weeks before arrival by bank transfer to account IBAN: IT53 X054 9625 4000 0001 0636 611 – BIC Code: POCSIT31 - SWIFT: Code: CIPBITMM; no damages deposit required; no refund will be given in case of cancellation within four weeks of arrival date; for earlier cancellations owners are willing to show full understanding of customer requirements.

Check-ins are on Saturdays from 4pm to 7 pm; please call in if travelling late; on departure apartments should be vacated by 10 am; on arrival you will be requested to fill in the required registration forms and turn them in the following morning.
