Please note thtat a minimum stay of 3 nights applies all year round and that in july and august, apartments are only rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

Covid-19 Disease Special Policy

In partial derogation of cancellation policies, our clients are kindly informed that in case of travel restrictions imposed by the governments for the Covid-19 pandemic emergency during the period in which they have reserved their stay, they can choose one of these two options:

Rates and services

All rates shown for farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale in Umbria are inclusive of VAT, water, power, gas, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), 2 sun loungers and final cleaning. Rates also include any extra beds and cots and air conditioning. Heating charges (the heating period runs from 25/09 to 30/10 and from 27/02 to 24/04) are € 5,00 for each m3.

Cleaning is carried out at the end of each stay. For longer stays, an extra cleaning service can be arranged (on request) at an additional cost of € 10/hour; claening will be carried out on saturdays.

In exceptional circumstances and with the prior consent of the owner, pets are allowed at an additional cost of € 50 for final cleaning to be paid on checkout;

Payment terms and cancellation policy

To secure your booking at farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale, we require a 30% downpayment upon booking and the balance should be settled, no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival, by back transfer to the following account:

No damages deposit required.

No refund will be given in case of cancellation before the payment of the balance; for earlier cancellations owners are willing to show full understanding of customer requirements.

Check-ins are on Saturdays from 4pm to 7 pm; please call in if travelling late; on departure apartments should be vacated by 10 am; on arrival you will be requested to fill in the required registration forms and turn them in the following morning.
