Farmhouse La Sosta di Annibale is located in Tuoro sul Trasimeno, a lovely village overlooking Lake Trasimeno, in the green heart Umbria, but only a stone’s throw from Cortona, the stunning tuscan hilltop town.

The farmhouse serves as an ideal location for relaxing holidays amidst the olive groves and the vineyards of our farming business and as a base for trips to all major tourist destinations between Perugia and Arezzo.

If you are driving

Get off the A1 “Autostrada del Sole” highway at the "Valdichiana” exit. Then take a right and get on the freeway, direction Perugia, and get off at the 4th exit “Castiglione del Lago”. From there, take a right and follow signs to Terontola.
As you’re driving through Terontola, makie a right turn following signs to Cortoreggio/Terontola Alta; drive past the church and at the first intersection with state road “S.R. 75 bis del Trasimeno”, take a right and follow signs to Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
Drive for about 3 km, a signpost to our farmhouse is on the right. Leave the asphalt road, drive for about 300 m on a well-kept dirt road and you will have reached your destination strada.

Train

The closest train station is in Terontola.
From there, you will be able to take a bus (Linea E017) and get off at the “Via Firenze” stop in Tuoro sul Trasimeno.

Flying

The closest airport is Perugia; from there, the best option is to rent a car and head towards the freeway, direction Arezzo.
Then, just follow the above directions.
